We endeavour to provide a pleasant and zero-hassle shopping experience for you. All our policies and terms of use are crafted to ensure ease of purchase and support. We request you to thoroughly review them and make informed purchases.

  • Charges - We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders.
  • Timelines – For easily serviceable pin codes, the usual delivery time is 4-7 working days. For remote locations, the delivery time varies.
  • Process - Once you place an order, it enters our processing system for a thorough quality check. Your items are then securely packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partners. After dispatch, a unique tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp, which you can use to monitor the delivery status on the courier’s official website.

  • Receiving Order Guidelines: All 83PZZLS puzzles are shipped via Speed Post to ensure the puzzles reaches you timely. We use strong and secure packaging so your puzzles reaches you in perfect conditions. 

    If in case, your parcel looks damaged, tampered with, opened, or broken at the time of delivery, kindly take:

    • Clear photos of the parcel
    • Review the box content (2 posters, 1 packet of 1000 pieces jigsaw puzzle) and,
    • One continuous video showing the damage/unboxing

    Please email the photos, video, and your order details to hello@83pzzls.com within 24 hours of delivery, so we can assist you promptly.

    Important: A video is mandatory for us to raise and resolve the issue with the logistics partner. Claims without a video may not be accepted by the courier.

    Once we receive the required details, we’ll work with the logistics partner to resolve the issue for you at the earliest.

  • Shipment Tracking - Speed post is our logistics partner, once the tracking number is sent to you, using consignment id you can track the status on  along with delivery timelines here - https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ 
    • International Shipping - We do not support international shipping yet, but if you can’t wait to get our puzzles write to us at hello@83pzzls.com, our team will get back to you.
