We endeavour to provide a pleasant and zero-hassle shopping experience for you. All our policies and terms of use are crafted to ensure ease of purchase and support. We request you to thoroughly review them and make informed purchases.

  • Charges - We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders.

 

  • Timelines – For easily serviceable pin codes, the usual delivery time is 4-7 working days. For remote locations, the delivery time varies.

 

  • Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party logistics partner, we want to ensure that your order reaches you in a good condition. However, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, do not accept it and take a video and images of the parcel. If it gets delivered somehow, do not open it and take a video and images of the parcel and email them to us along with the order details within 24 hours of delivery at hello@83pzzls.com . We will use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest keeping the logistics partner in the loop. 

  • Process - Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts the order into the process. Once the order is processed & quality check is completed, your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted logistics partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your on whatsapp. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.

 

  • Shipment Tracking -Once our shipping partner is Bluedart (via Shiprocket), once the order is shipped we provide the tracking/waybill number, you’ll be able to check your shipment status on the Bluedart tracking page. You will also receive updates, including delivery updates, through SMS and emails from Shiprocket. 

 

  • International Shipping - We do not support international shipping yet, but if you can’t wait to get our puzzles write to us at hello@83pzzls.com, our team will get back to you.
