  • Charges - We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders.
  • Timelines – For easily serviceable pin codes, the usual delivery time is 4-7 working days. For remote locations, the delivery time varies.

  • Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party logistics partner, we want to ensure that your order reaches you in a good condition. However, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, do not accept it and take a video and images of the parcel. If it gets delivered somehow, do not open it and take a video and images of the parcel and email them to us along with the order details within 24 hours of delivery at info@the83pzzls.com . We will use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest keeping the logistics partner in the loop. 

  • Process - Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts the order into the process. Once the order is processed & quality check is completed, your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted logistics partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your on whatsapp. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
  • Shipment Tracking - BLUEDART is our logistics partner, once the tracking/waybill number is sent to you, you can track the status on https://www.bluedart.com/ along with delivery timelines.
