PRODUCT DETAILS

•  What does the box contains?

Each 83PZZLS box contains 1 puzzle (in a packet) and 2 puzzle posters. We recommend reusing the puzzle packet and puzzle box for storage.

•  What is the time taken to start and finish the puzzle and difficulty levels?
  • Time taken varies by difficulty level of the puzzle and the way you sort the pieces. Usually a 1000 pieces puzzle takes an average of 15 hours to finish.

  • Our difficulty levels are (in decreasing order): Jungle Games >>> Kathputli > Awwrchestra > Sawaari > Bharatnatyam
•  What is the recommended age group for 83PZZLS puzzles?
  • 83PZZLS are for anyone older than 14 years in age.
•  Are there any product caution?
  • Keep the puzzle and its contents away from infants, water, moisture and pets.
•  Can I frame the puzzle as Wall Painting?

Yes, you can frame it, very easily. You can follow these steps -

  • Get a sturdy wall frame from your local market (ask for acrylic sheet instead of glass) with a minimum 700mm x 500mm visible area, 2 wall hooks, cardboard back and metal clamps.
  • No glue is required, just make sure you get a sturdy frame and place it on a good wall with good hooks as it is heavy.
•  Is there a color difference in the product?
  • The images on the website are digital mock-ups for illustration purpose only. Colors on actual product will differ as print color palettes are usually darker than digital version.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

•  Do you accept Cash on Delivery Orders?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.

•  What is your return policy?

We currently DO NOT SUPPORT Cash on Delivery as a payment option.

•  How much does shipping cost?
  • We provide Free Shipping in India and the usual delivery time is 4-7 days.
•  What is the process of Shipping & Delivery?
  1. Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts the order into the process.
  2. Once the order is processed & quality check is completed, your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted logistics partners.
  3. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your on whatsapp.
  4. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number at https://bluedart.com/
•  What about Cancellations, Returns and Replacements?
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Incorrect shipments will be taken care off in the best possible way. DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Please refer to our policies here.
•  What if I have received a defective or incorrect puzzle?
  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have received a defective or incorrect puzzle, reach out to us immediately on Whatsapp , or drop an email at info@the83pzzls.com within 24 hours.
•  Do you ship products internationally?
  • We do not support international shipping yet, but if you can’t wait to get our puzzles write to us at info@the83pzzls.com, our team will get back to you.
• What if my Order is returned without delivery attempt/Fake delivery attempted.
  • We are sorry to hear this. Ideally, our Courier Partner attempts delivery 3 times before marking it for return. Kindly check your SMS/Email for communications regarding delivery. You can also check the detailed status of your order by clicking on 'Track Order' on the order details page.
  • Refund: In case your order has been marked 'Returned' by the courier and is prepaid, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment once we receive the products. Refund is credited in 5-7 working days from the date of processing, except for Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.
• What do I do if the amount is deducted during order placement but order status is cancelled?
  • There are several reasons why this could have happened. It could be either from your bank or from the payment gateway. We request you to write to us with all information that you might have, like the transaction reference number, order number etc to info@the83pzzls.com. We will need 3 business days to investigate the transaction.

• How to log in to my account?
  1. Click on the profile icon on the top-right corner of the website
  2. Enter your Phone Number and click on 'login with OTP'
  3. Enter the OTP received on your phone and you will successfully be logged in.

Please note: If you are not able to get OTP on your mobile number to login, click on 'Resend OTP' and check again.

• What is your customer support hours?
  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm IST - Whenever our business office is closed you can always place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have queries to ask, please write to info@the83pzzls.com - Please note that queries sent after business hours or weekends will be responded on or after the next business day.
•  Can I place a bulk order for my employees and get a GST invoice?
  • Our website does not support bulk order (quantity > 50). However, you can write us to info@the83pzzls.com, we will get back with details.
